We had a partscaster Tele from Mandy Marie of Mandy Marie and the Cool Hand Lukes that wasn't getting much playing time. The components were great; Joe Barden bridge, Joe Barden / Danny Gatton pickups, Vintique knobs, Warmoth body, Angela Instruments tone cap, etc. The style just wasn't working for her. So, we took the Bardens and controls from the partscaster and installed them in a Paisley Tele along with some 1 Meg pots. It can now be seen on stage with Danny from Bigger Than Elvis.
