All de Lisle Guitars are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the instrument. This warranty is not transferable. All warranty repairs must be performed by de Lisle Guitar Company LLC or a de Lisle authorized repair facility. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or cracking of wood or finish that results from changes in temperature or humidity.

All transportation, insurance and shipping costs associated with warranty service and/or repairs of de Lisle guitars are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The following items are specifically excluded from this warranty:

• Any instrument with a missing or altered serial number
• Instruments that have been serviced and/or modified by an unauthorized facility
• Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument including jacks, controls and switches, worn frets, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, saddles and nuts, finish, strings, etc.
• Defects in finishes, or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids, or other chemicals, and normal wear and tear.
• All other defects and deterioration due to normal usage, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper use or acts of Nature
• Case and case hardware

de Lisle Guitar Hand-Wired Tube Amplifiers

de Lisle amplifiers are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the item. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, and/or physical damage to the chassis or cabinet. Tubes carry a 90 warranty against manufacturing defects. Speakers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

All warranty repairs must be performed by de Lisle Guitar Company LLC. All transportation, insurance and shipping costs associated with warranty service and/or repairs of de Lisle amplifiers are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. Unauthorized modification will void this warranty.
