Payment is due in full prior to shipping. Payment can be made by certified bank check, US Postal money order, or a credit card via Paypal. We will ship when funds have cleared.

If you are not satisfied with the instrument, return it within 7 days from the delivery date in as-sold condition for a complete refund less shipping charges. All papers, accessories, case, tags, etc. must be returned at the same time. If anything is altered, damaged or missing, a refund will not be issued.

Should you decide to return the instrument, relax the string tension and place it back in its case. Use the original packing materials and ship it via UPS insured prepaid. Once we receive the instrument and inspect it, we will issue a refund.
