  • de Lisle Amp-Speaker Selector 8x8 Deluxe

de Lisle Amp-Speaker Selector 8x8 Deluxe

    $799.00
The de Lisle Amp-Speaker 8x8 Deluxe was designed to improve workflow in the studio by eliminating the need to re-cable amps and cabs. This version expands on our previous designs by incorporating simultaneous input switching and a bypassable attenuator loop.

Plug in your guitar / pedalboard and send it to any of the 8 connected amps by rotating the Amplifier dial. The amp's output is then sent to the selected speaker cabinet. We've also included an attenuator loop that allows you to easily connect your Ox, Fryette, etc. to any combination of amplifier and cabinet.

The 8x8 Deluxe runs off a 2.1mm/5.5mm center negative 12V supply, which is boosted internally for increased signal headroom. Amplifier inputs are transformer isolated to prevent ground loops. Unused amps are muted at the input and switched to a protective load.

    New features for 2024 models:

There are now three options for amp input switching. DIRECT takes the front panel input and sends it directly to the input of the selected amp, bypassing any additional circuitry. This is the position for normal use. ISO, for ISOLATED, sends the input signal through an isolation transformer. This can be used to eliminate ground loops or when a low impedance output is desired. When the ground switch is in the left position, the isolation transformer is bypassed entirely and an op-amp buffer provides a low impedance output. Download the manual for the latest features and control layout.

  • de Lisle Preamp Power Amp Selector 8x8 with FX Loop

de Lisle Preamp Power Amp Selector 8x8 with FX Loop

    $799.00
The de Lisle Preamp Power Amp Selector was designed to improve workflow in the studio by eliminating the need to re-cable when switching between numerous preamps and power amps.

Plug in your guitar / pedalboard and send it to any of the 8 connected preamps (or modelers) by rotating the Preamp dial. The preamp's output is then sent to the selected Power Amp. Alternatively, one could connect any line level device to the rear panel Power Amp Input jacks. So, one could be assigned to a power amp, another to a recording interface, external FX, etc. There is also an FX loop between the Preamp and Power Amp which can be bypassed on the front panel.

The Preamp Selector runs off a 2.1mm/5.5mm center negative 12VDC supply, which is boosted internally for increased signal headroom. Preamp inputs are transformer isolated to prevent ground loops. Unused preamps are muted at their input.
  • de Lisle Amp-Speaker Selector 8x8 Stereo Deluxe

de Lisle Amp-Speaker Selector 8x8 Stereo Deluxe

    $949.00
The de Lisle Amp-Speaker 8x8 Stereo Deluxe was designed to improve workflow in the studio by eliminating the need to re-cable amps and cabs. This version expands on our previous designs by incorporating simultaneous input switching, a bypassable attenuator loop and D.I.

The 8x8 Stereo Deluxe is our first model to offer two input sources, like stereo outputs from your pedalboard or two guitars. A single source can also be sent to both active amplifiers by flipping the link switch beneath the input jacks. In right toggle position, Input A is routed to the input of the selected amps in both Banks A and B.

Amplifier Banks A/B each have up to 4 amps available for a total of 8. Both Banks have individual attenuator inserts on the rear panel, which can be bypassed with the corresponding front panel switch as well as an after-amp D.I.

Up to 8 cabs are split into sets of 4. The Assign switch allows Speaker A and Speaker B to be routed to either amplifier bank, so you can have Bank A with Speaker A and Bank B with Speaker B, or Bank A with Speaker B and Bank B with Speaker A. The multi-color LEDs under the speaker rotaries will match its assigned amplifier bank.

The 8x8 Stereo Deluxe runs off a 2.1mm/5.5mm center negative 12V supply, which is boosted internally for increased signal headroom. Amplifier inputs are transformer isolated to prevent ground loops. Unused amps are muted at their input and switched to a protective load.

    • Route the guitar input to the selected amp's input
    • Send the amp's output to the selected speaker
    • Mute all unused amps at their input
    • Switch unused amps to a load

Easily pair any of your amps with one of up to four connected cabinets by rotating the speaker switch. Should you need to roll back the SPL in the room, but keep your amp operating in the sweet spot, turn on the internal reactive attenuator. Attenuation is linearly variable from -6dB up to -22.5dB. Our unique design eliminates the need for impedance matching at the amp. Just connect your amp's 8 ohm output to the 4x4 Amp-Speaker Selector, then you can use any cab between 16 and 4 ohms.

Do you still want to be able to connect an Ox, Fryette Power Station or Boss Tube Amp Expander? No problem! The rear panel jacks allow you to insert an external attenuator which disconnects the internal reactive attenuator and D.I. functions.

With the hi-fi quality, transformer isolated D.I., you can go straight into your DAW and load up your favorite IRs. Use a TS cable for unbalanced or TRS for a balanced connection to your recording interface. The 4x4 Amp-Speaker Selector with Reactive Attenuator can also function as a reactive load box. Just flip the switch to disconnect the speaker and record silently.
